Now that you have shown an appropriate level of proficiency in being able to mix colors you will need to select a project option from the following in the project packet.
You will have approximately 1.5 weeks to complete this project. 13"x16" is the minimum project size.
You should be going for a very refined, well crafted, well composed look in this work. Take your time to really blend and layer your paints!

1. Traditional Painting of Face
2. Close Up Painting (object, animal, amphibian, bird, person, etc.)
3. Impasto Painting of Face
4. Impasto Painting of Landscape -or- Seascape
5. Altered Color Portrait (analogous colors, monochromatic colors, etc.)
Note about impasto painting: USE THICK LAYERS OF PAINT AND DRY LAYERS WITH HAIR DRYER BEFORE THE NEXT LAYER
